Kristin’s latest challenge to bloggers was to “get animal.” Instead of showing my collection of animal prints, I decided to style one outfit and here she is. Just so you know, fur (this one is faux from H&M) is normally something that I would not wear. I picked this one up just to have an extra element of “animal” for the Bloggers Do It Better (BDIB) assignment. I also never mixed prints of any kind before this. However, in the end I was really happy with the outfit and I have to tell you that I felt a lot (not a little) divaesque wearing it.
How are you wearing your animal prints?
I am wearing:
Top: Michael Kor’s snake print dress clearance rack find. (Yes, she is a dress. This is why I love stretchy fabric. So versatile.) Macys.
Bottom: Leather shorts from Asos.com. Leather (animal friendly) kind is a must for any girl who is aiming for the title of fashionista.
Accessories: Faux fur from H&M. The leopard, tiger, zebra, shoes is a Louboutin inspired shoe purchased from GoJane.com. The brown bangles are actual snake skin (sorry guys) gifted; orange faux snake print clutch (gifted); and silver necklace with cat pendant (Sparkles Jewelry)
