Open toe shoes with stockings is something that I would never imagine myself wearing. But I love these Isola Balta shoes (Marshalls) so much and just couldn’t wait for warmer weather before taking them for a spin. I thought they would go well with this Merona wrap dress (Target) and my faux leather vest (eBay). The bangles were gifts from my Mom , the watch is from Francesca’s and the chunky chain link gold costume jewelry necklace is a recent purchase from frugalfindsnyc.com .

I love this dress and the outfit.
The tights look fine with these shoes. It seems like its easier to wear tights this way, while panty house would be a big no-no.

Lol!!!! The tights don’t have that weird looking extra fabric at the toes so I guess it was ok for this one.
