On Sunday August 25th, Northern Belle, LLC will will hold their, annual T.E.A. (Talking Empowerment Awareness) brunch at the Dakota Steak House & Tavern in Rocky Hill, Connecticut for women in Connecticut. The brunch provides a supportive environment where women can expand their network, spread positive energy, foster friendships, learn about personal goal setting and express themselves through their personal style.

Founded in 2011 by Marsha Murray (MS), Northern Belle, LLC offers women and men the opportunity to inspire others with their talents, education, life experiences, and skills. The organization demonstrate their mission by encouraging people to not only achieve their goals but also to increase participation in community by volunteering and working in the community. This unique business focuses on improvement of individuals, communities, and business through five major ideals: Unite. Network. Inspire. Teach. Exemplify (U.N.I.T.E.)

Northern Belle LLC's T.E.A. Brunch for Women In Connecticut

This year’s, brunch is for women only and is designed to bring women from different backgrounds, cultures, and professions together. Tickets are $35 and are available on the Northern Belle, LLC website. The event will include a professional photographer/videographer, giveaways and presentation of the Exquisite Woman U.N.I.T.E. award sponsored by The Black Man Can organization.

The Executive team includes; Mireille Maquis, MSW; Renae Lovelace and Jeannette Rivera. This event is made possible  through the kind assistance of the following: Carmen Veal Interiors, The Lillie Ennis Group, Supreme Being Inc., RL Marketing Group, The Black Man Can, Walk Worthy Brands, BlUeleFANT Accessories, EnergyRadio.co, Island Reflections Dance Company and Love Lace Hair Additions.

    • Thanks Bonnie. I think they are in their 20’s and it’s so great to see young women doing things of this magnitude. The idea is that women are catty, but since I published this, I have learned of a few other like organizations in the City.
