Learn More About Pritikin’s Longevity Center and Spa

Pritikin Longevity Center & Spa

On Monday I shared my health concerns and my desire to win the Pritikin Longevity Center and Spa’s  35th Anniversary Blogger Contest. The winner receives an all expense paid opportunity to stay and tour Pritikin’s Miami facility, and also guidance on the required lifestyle changes that are necessary for one to achieve their health goal.

The renowned health and wellness full-service spa is nestled on a 650 acre parcel of land and offers 123 spacious, renovated rooms and suites. Guests worldwide have visited the facility for rest and relaxation, spa treatments and help with the prevention and reversal of health problems which includes: excess weight, heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and cancer risk factors.  An estimated 10 million more have read and changed their lifestyles after reading Pritikin’s best-selling books.

Guests who are looking for help with lifestyle changes have access to fitness trainers, award winning chefs and nutritionists. Pritikin’s one- and two-week lifestyle-change programs are tailored to meet the needs of the individual and focus on daily exercise and an eating plan based on natural, whole foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, seafood, and limited lean meat.  Guests enjoy five gourmet meals and snacks daily with menu items that includes: grilled lobster, roasted bison, wild mushroom risotto, and chocolate mousse.

For more information, click here to view the Pritikin digital magazine which provides an overview of their facility, menus and programs. You can also join the conversation and see the positive reviews shared by prior guests on their Facebook page.
