Last Saturday I attended Macy’s 2015 Destination Style Fashion runway show that was held at Macys at Westfarms Mall here in Connecticut. This was another great show by Macy’s. The location, format and extras was on point for this event. A big shout out to Tullulahs Catering of West Hartford for the bites and Jones soda. Here is my top picks for what you should be adding to your closet this summer.
This INC International Concepts Striped A-Line Dress is a versatile dress that will take you from day to night.
This Rachel Roy Sydney Cap-Sleeve V-Neck Sheath Dress was my favorite from the runway show. It’s bright, comfy and breezy and the high-low hem and v-neckline make it will make the perfect dress for your summer wardrobe. This is also a great travel dress, the polyester material does not wrinkle.
This Rachel Roy Andi v-neck, sleeveless, shift dress was also another favorite from the collection. This dress would be perfect for a summer evening out or date night. The polyester, viscose/elastane fabric also makes it another great choice for travel.
Nothing says summer or “destination” like a great floral print dress. Macys’ has a wide selection of dresses to chose from including this multi-color, body-con dress with side panels, this navy and white floral one for a more dressy affair and the red and white a-line dress that can be dressed down for a more casual look or dressed up for a more formal look.
Jumpsuits are definitely here to stay! This Thalia Sodi Stud-Embellished Draped Jumpsuit is fashion forward and the one piece item makes this an easy outfit choice. This season’s essential jumpsuit features a cool neckline embellished with studs and a slink silhouette.
