Ridgefield, CT (October 2015) – In honor of National Family Caregiver and Alzheimer’s Disease Awareness Month in November, Adam Broderick Salon & Spa has teamed up with the Connecticut Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association for its third annual Caregiver Appreciation Event. The salon will provide complementary beauty pampering and grooming services for caregivers to those who are affected by Alzheimer’s and other dementias.
There is an estimated 177,000 caregivers (friends and family providing over 201 million unpaid hours of care that are valued at $2.5 billion) in the state of Connecticut.
Adam Broderick Salon & Spa will have estheticians, massage therapists, stylists, nail technicians and makeup specialists available for complementary consultations on November 6th, 2015 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. In addition to the consultations, complementary services are available for fun purple hair extensions, beard or facial hair trimming for men, chair massages, ab private sunless tanning, light makeup applications, and nail lacquer applications.
An array of accessories from the ab beauty boutique will also be available for purchase in many colors, including purple. With every purchase of merchandise or gift cards, Adam Broderick Salon & Spa will donate a percentage back to the Alzheimer’s Association Connecticut Chapter.
The event will take place on November 6th, 2015 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm at Adam Broderick Salon & Spa, a newly redesigned and renovated salon and spa located at 89 Danbury Road in Ridgefield, Connecticut.
